Keeping your teeth white can be quite a hard feat. Why? This is because every day people eat foods that cause decay to the teeth and people can lose the sparkly whiteness that once existed. To counter the harmful substances people consume, people can brush their teeth regularly. People are suppose to brush twice a day, but in reality this doesn’t always happen. Furthermore, people are also suppose to brush their teeth for three minutes but again this rarely happens. This is mainly because people do not know how long three minutes actually is. Instead they think two minutes may be three, or possibly even less. Realistically, the only way to brush your teeth for three minutes is to use a stopwatch or a clock with a second hand. This would ensure brushing for 3 whole minutes.
